Tour Confirmation Form

This form is Mandatory for All Tour Guests.
All guests taking tours with us are Required to fill out this Confirmation Form. It must be completed after booking, but before the day of your tour.

Please note that full payment is required to book any reservation, and that full payment must be made at least 7 days prior to date of the scheduled reservation. If the reservation is cancelled less than 7 days before the departure date, there will be no refund. Reservations cancelled more than 7 days in advance will result in a company credit for the same calendar year.
